• Payment information processed securely by Paystack

WhatsApp Business Data

• WhatsApp Business phone numbers you connect to our platform
• Meta API credentials (Phone Number ID, Business Account ID, access tokens — stored encrypted)
• Incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages processed through your connected numbers
• Contact information of customers who message your business (name, phone number)

Usage Data

• Log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
• Conversation analytics (message counts, response times, resolution rates)

• To provide and operate the Masyn AI platform
• To process and route WhatsApp messages on your behalf
• To generate AI-powered replies using your configured knowledge base

4. WhatsApp and Meta Platform Data

Our platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform via Meta's Cloud API. By connecting your WhatsApp Business number, you authorize us to receive and process messages sent to that number. We act as a data processor on your behalf.

Message content is used solely to deliver automated replies and store conversation history within your account. We do not sell, share, or use WhatsApp message content for advertising purposes.

Use of WhatsApp data is also governed by Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share data with the following third-party providers only as necessary to operate the service:

• Meta / WhatsApp — to send and receive WhatsApp messages
• OpenAI — to generate AI replies (message content sent to OpenAI API)
• MongoDB Atlas — to store your data securely in the cloud
• Paystack — to process subscription payments
• Vercel — to host and serve the application

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history is retained for up to 12 months by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at rahahanasule@gmail.com.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. API credentials such as WhatsApp access tokens are stored encrypted. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
