1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Masyn AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Masyn AI provides a WhatsApp Business automation platform that allows businesses to connect WhatsApp Business numbers, automate customer conversations using AI, and manage customer interactions through a unified dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Masyn AI to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing messages
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit malware or any harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. WhatsApp Business Policy Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the WhatsApp Business Platform through Masyn AI complies with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and all applicable laws. You must obtain proper consent from your customers before messaging them.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at rahahanasule@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Masyn AI platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masyn AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Ghana.
